Meeting Format

4th Wednesday of each month, except in July and December.
ESQUIMALT UNITED CHURCH in WHEELEY HALL, 500 Admirals Road, (Admirals at Lyall)

Visitors are welcome at our meetings.
There is a $5 Drop-In fee for non-members, but we hope you enjoy the meeting and will consider becoming a member.
Individuals: $15/yr.; Families $20/yr

    For those who prefer the newsletter on paper, an additional charge of $10 will help offset postage & photocopy costs.
    MINI-SHOW
    Enteries MUST be in place by 7:15 pm to allow judges time to make decisions
    SALES TABLE
    Please remember the sales table as you divide plants and start seeds. This is an important fundraiser for the club and a source of great bargains for members.

  • 7:30 pm – GENERAL MEETING
    Discussion of upcoming garden visits, workshops & other ideas.

  • 7:45 pm – MINI-SHOW RESULTS
    Judges explain their decisions, providing tips for exhibitors. Please gather at the mini-show table to congratulate participants, enjoy the exhibits and learn something new.

  • 7:50 pm – REFRESHMENT BREAK
    Bring your own coffee mug & swap success stories with like-minded gardeners.

  • 8:00 pm – – SPEAKER presentation
    Other garden enthusiasts share their experiences & passion for gardening.

  • 9:00 pm – WRAP UP
    Please put away chairs, tables & materials from the meeting if you’re able.
    Our rental ends at 930 pm.
